Tonight's Gonna Be a Good Night

Tonight's gonna be a good good night. I am getting back into my kitchen again and am going to start testing and developing new recipes for a contest with Vegetarian Times magazine. Unfortunately, because they are for a contest, I cannot actually post the exact recipes. If I get my Internet up and working though tonight, I will post pictures from the adventure. (I will update pictures for the past few blogs as well. Sorry for that! Silly T-mobile and internet service)

Tomorrow is Bread Day. I can already feel the next carbohydrate comma coming on - it will be a dieter's nightmare. Bring it. I actually cannot wait to learn how to make my own breads from scratch. Should be a baking blast, as long as I can make it there in this crazy blizzard!
