too busy
Bleh. Too busy to turn on my computer, let alone cook. Ate cafeteria food at work for lunch and just grabbed a quick bite on the run for dinner. I did, however, makw a tasty salad late last night with watercress, arugula, celery, sweet pears, hazelnuts and my favorite Basic Vinaigrette kicked up with dome fresh dill. Also finished off that awesome Onion and Thyme Compote with some fresh goat cheese on crusty multi-grain bread. Not too extravegant, but a very nicer combination. I'll post a picture when I can open my computer again. After a long day of training tomorrow will be Rolled Foods Night! Can't wait to share it with you all.
